Cryo-Cell’s U-Cord service provides families with a wonderful opportunity to preserve their children’s umbilical cord blood stem cells. Not only do we process and cryogenically preserve the cells in a safe and secure, high-tech environment, Cryo-Cell offers a number of client benefits1,2:

The $50,000 Cryo-Cell Payment Guarantee™ In the event a client's cord blood, which was processed and stored by Cryo-Cell, is used for transplant and fails to engraft, we will pay the Client $50,000.2
The $10,000 Cryo-Cell Cares™ Payment Program In order to help ease the financial burdens of certain transplant procedures, Cryo-Cell will provide clients $10,000 to cover associated costs of such therapies.2
Cryo-Cell Client for Life™ Program As a member of the Cryo-Cell family, clients who enroll December 1, 2005 or after shall enjoy the same pricing structure for the life of the parent. That means parents will enjoy the same returning client pricing for children born later in life, as they will on December 1, 2005.1
Cryo-Cell's Referral Program Cryo-Cell values our clients, their friends, and families. Refer new clients to Cryo-Cell, and existing clients will receive one year of annual storage free for each referral who enrolls, processes, and stores with our service.2
Cryo-Cell and Upromise® College Savings Program Cryo-Cell's industry-exclusive agreement with Upromise® offers clients 2% of all fees as cash back for college. This is a wonderful way to save for a child's education for our clients who enroll at www.Upromise.com.
Transportation Courier Service We have a special agreement with a designated courier that will pick up your cord blood specimen at your hospital room and deliver it to our facility.  You may arrange for the transport of your specimen by simply calling a Cryo-Cell Transportation Coordinator 24/7/365 at 1-800-786-7235, option 1. There is no additional charge for this service when utilizing Cryo-Cell’s designated courier; however certain circumstances may dictate the necessity of utilizing an alternative courier (i.e. non-business days or holidays). In this event, a Cryo-Cell Transportation Coordinator will assist you with scheduling and pricing from a list of alternative couriers who will accommodate expedited delivery. The specimen should be kept at room temperature prior to transport.1
No enrollment fee Cryo-Cell requires no fee at time of enrollment. You may join the Cryo-Cell client family with no payments until time of delivery.1
Financing plans available Clients may participate in the U-Cord service for as little as $57/month. We offer 6- and 12-month interest free plans and a 48 month financing option for clients who qualify with Care Credit.2

  1. These programs and services are available only to clients enrolling under the new service agreement and fee structure, available beginning December 1, 2005. The above offerings cannot be made retroactively to clients who have already given birth, or to those who enrolled before December 1, 2005 and who have not signed a new service agreement. Clients who have a due date of December 1, 2005 or later are welcome to participate in the offerings above under our new service agreement and fee structure. Cryo-Cell will provide up to $175 in reimbursement for collection procedures, with proper documentation.
